O znaczeniu dla otoczenia informacji o tym, jak Straż Graniczna funkcjonuje, jakie wykonuje zadania i jak przy ich realizacji zachowują się funkcjonariusze rozmawiali uczestnicy szkolenia pt. „Zarządzanie informacją o charakterze wrażliwym w kontekście kreowania wizerunku Straży Granicznej” przeprowadzonego w Centralnym Ośrodku Szkolenia Straży Granicznej w Koszalinie w dniach 13 – 16 czerwca 2023 r. Było to już ostatnie przedsięwzięcie szkoleniowe z obszaru szkoleń PR-owych realizowanych w ramach projektu NMF „Wzmocnienie potencjału Straży Granicznej w realizacji ustawowych zadań służbowych w obszarze współpracy międzynarodowej, transgranicznego przemieszczania odpadów oraz zwalczania przestępczości zorganizowanej” w latach 2022 – 2023.
Celem szkolenia było przekazywanie opinii publicznej informacji o charakterze wrażliwym związanych ze ściganymi i ujawnionymi przez funkcjonariuszy SG przestępstwami i wykroczeniami oraz umiejętne wykorzystywanie roli i warsztatu pracy rzecznika prasowego w skutecznym zarządzaniu informacją w sytuacji kryzysowej.
Zagadnienie zarządzania informacją o charakterze wrażliwym jest szczególnie istotne dla kierowników jednostek organizacyjnych Straży Granicznej, stąd zaproszenie na szkolenie skierowane zostało przede wszystkim do komendantów oddziałów i placówek Straży Granicznej. W spotkaniu szkoleniowym uczestniczyło 13 przedstawicieli prawie wszystkich oddziałów Straży Granicznej oraz Centralnego Ośrodka Szkolenia Straży Granicznej. Funkcjonariusze z dużym zaangażowaniem realizowali ćwiczenia związane z przygotowaniem wystąpienia publicznego i medialnego, a następnie zaprezentowania go przed kamerą, również w określonej sytuacji kryzysowej.
Cykl łącznie pięciu szkoleń, realizowanych w 2022 i 2023 r., dedykowany był zarówno rzecznikom prasowym jednostek organizacyjnych Straży Granicznej i związany z doskonaleniem warsztatu pracy rzecznika, następnie komendantom oddziałów i placówek Straży Granicznej dotyczący zarządzania informacją o charakterze wrażliwym i wreszcie funkcjonariuszom wyznaczanym w jednostkach organizacyjnych SG do udzielania wypowiedzi na potrzeby mediów. Propozycje te tworzyły spójny system szkoleń z zakresu Public Relations i służyły rozwinięciu kompetencji 70 funkcjonariuszy z zakresu kreowania wizerunku Straży Granicznej poprzez wystąpienia publiczne oraz na potrzeby mediów. Wszystkie szkolenia prowadzone były przez doświadczonych w obszarze komunikacji z mediami trenerów Centrum Edukacji Medialnej Polskiego Radia – Panów Jacka Mroczka i Jacka Cholewińskiego. Zajęcia odbywały się w specjalnie przygotowanych i wyposażonych w ramach projektu obiektach: sali dydaktycznej oraz szkoleniowego studia radiowo-telewizyjnego.

The importance of information on how the Border Guard functions, what tasks it performs and how the officers behave during their implementation was discussed by the participants of the training entitled "Management of sensitive information in the context of creating the image of the Border Guard" conducted at the Main Border Guard Training Center in Koszalin on June 13-16, 2023.
It was the last training project in the area of PR training implemented as part of the NMF project "Strengthening the potential of the Border Guard in the implementation of statutory official tasks in the field of international cooperation, cross-border movement of waste and combating organized crime” in the years 2022-2023.
The aim of the training was to provide the public with sensitive information related to the crimes and misdemeanors prosecuted and disclosed by the Border Guard officers, and how to skillfully use the role and tools of the press officer in effective information management in a crisis situation.
The issue of managing sensitive information is particularly important for the heads of organizational units of the Border Guard, hence the invitation to the training was addressed primarily to the commanders of Border Guard units and posts. The training meeting was attended by 13 representatives of almost all Border Guard units and the Main Border Guard Training Centre. The officers with great commitment carried out exercises related to the preparation of a public and media speech, and then presenting it in front of the camera, also in a specific crisis situation.
The five training sessions in total, carried out in 2022 and 2023, were dedicated to the spokespersons of the Border Guard organizational units and related to improving the spokesman's work, then to the commanders of the Border Guard units and posts regarding the management of sensitive information and finally to the officers appointed in the BG organizational units to make statements for the needs of the media. These proposals created a coherent training system in the field of Public Relations and helped to develop the competences of 70 officers in the field of creating the image of the Border Guard through public appearances and for the needs of the media. All trainings were conducted by the trainers of the Media Education Center of the Polish Radio - Jacek Mroczek and Jacek Cholewiński, experienced in the field of communication with the media. The classes were held in facilities specially prepared and equipped for the project: a didactic room and a training radio and television studio.
